Water Mist Resistant Fruit Boxes for High-Humidity Planting Base

2026 06/14

Word count: 495 Greenhouse fruit planting bases and southern coastal fruit producing areas have long-term high air humidity environment, ordinary plastic boxes are easy to cover with dense water mist inside, forming water droplets to soak fruits and cause rot. Our water mist resistant fruit blister boxes add hydrophilic balance raw material components in the formula, which can disperse condensed water mist into thin water films attached to the box wall instead of forming large dripping water droplets, avoiding fruit soaking damage in high-humidity environment.

The double-layer staggered ventilation hole design accelerates internal and external air exchange, reducing the temperature difference that produces water mist. The leak-proof groove at the bottom collects residual tiny water flow to isolate fruits from direct contact with water. Food-grade anti-mold coating on the inner wall inhibits mold breeding in high-humidity conditions, extending the fresh-keeping cycle of greenhouse strawberries and grapes. Automated raw material mixing equipment accurately controls hydrophilic additive proportion, passing high-humidity aging simulation test on production lines before delivery. Transparent PET and degradable PLA two versions can be selected, adapting to greenhouse picking turnover and coastal fruit export cold chain transportation respectively.

The stackable lightweight design is convenient for repeated turnover in humid planting bases, and the smooth box surface is easy to wash away surface water stains. Water mist resistant plastic fruit boxes target the high-humidity pain points of fruit producing areas, effectively lowering fruit rot loss caused by condensed water mist for growers.
