Visiting a Blueberry Farm Customer to Strengthen End-to-End Packaging Collaboration

2025 12/18

Recently, our team visited a blueberry farm customer to gain first-hand insight into their production environment and packaging operations. This on-site visit was part of our continued efforts to strengthen collaboration with customers and better understand real application scenarios across the entire fresh produce supply chain.

During the visit, we observed the blueberry growing conditions, harvest practices, and post-harvest handling processes. By walking through the farm and packaging areas, we were able to better understand how packaging solutions interact with product protection, handling efficiency, and presentation requirements from the earliest stages of production.

The customer is currently using our fruit packaging boxes and labels in their packaging process. Seeing our packaging solutions applied directly at the farm level allowed us to evaluate their performance in real working conditions and identify opportunities for further optimization. This direct feedback is essential for ensuring that our products meet practical needs throughout transportation and distribution.

Rather than acting solely as a packaging supplier, we aim to work closely with customers to understand their full operational workflow. From cultivation and harvesting to packing and market preparation, this end-to-end perspective enables us to provide more suitable, reliable, and application-oriented packaging solutions.

We believe that long-term partnerships are built through ongoing communication and on-site engagement. By visiting customer facilities and production sites, we strengthen mutual understanding and collaboration, laying a solid foundation for continuous improvement and stable cooperation.

This visit reflects our commitment to supporting customers through practical insight, consistent quality, and a collaborative approach to fresh produce packaging solutions.
