During a recent field visit to a Yunnan blueberry base, the Jiutai team not only observed the entire post-harvest processing process but also, with design sketches and samples, repeatedly discussed packaging details with orchard owners. From the size and firmness of the fruit to the transportation route and end-of-sale format, we thoroughly understood the requirements for fruit packaging at every stage.
Blueberries have delicate skins that easily release juice under pressure, placing extremely high demands on the packaging for shock resistance, air permeability, and stacking stability, especially during long-distance transportation. Reserved area for automatic labeling: Enables newly launched labeling machines to accurately apply branding and traceability information.
Another key enabler in this journey is Jiutai's newly introduced automatic labeling system, introduced in 2025. This system can efficiently apply labels in excess of 10,000 boxes per day, supporting a variety of label types, including anti-counterfeiting labels, barcodes, and traceability codes, ensuring the provenance of every blueberry is traceable and every package is standardized. The labeling process is stable and fast, far exceeding the efficiency and accuracy of traditional manual labeling methods, truly achieving the goal of "robots outperforming human hands."
Furthermore, the Jiutai labeling system has also brought new marketing value to blueberry brand clients. By embedding a branded QR code on the label, consumers can scan the code at the terminal to view detailed information such as the fruit's origin, picking time, and testing batch, significantly enhancing brand transparency and consumer trust.
