Jiangmen Jiutai Plastic Products Co., Ltd. recently completed a complete production line upgrade, introducing a world-leading fully automatic chip placement machine for automated label application on fruit boxes. This marks a key step forward for the company on the path to intelligent manufacturing.
This chip placement machine boasts high speed, high precision, and adaptability to multiple specifications. It can accommodate fruit boxes of various sizes (such as blueberry boxes, strawberry boxes, and mixed fruit boxes), applying labels at speeds exceeding 200 labels per minute, significantly improving packaging efficiency and product aesthetics.
"With this equipment, we've transitioned from manual label application to automated, precise label placement in label production, effectively reducing human error and improving production consistency," said Liang, Production Supervisor.
In addition, the chip placement system integrates with existing ERP and quality control systems, enabling automatic label data reading and batch traceability, providing international customers with more specialized customization and quality assurance. This upgrade also means Jiutai Plastics has greater stability and delivery capabilities for handling large-volume custom orders and high-frequency shipments.
